The 3rd CoBrCa Congress will continue the tradition of directly addressing controversial issues in breast cancer faced by clinicians in their daily practice. The 3rd CoBrCa will focus on key issues in medical oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, reconstruction and pathology. The congress will provide a forum to effectively debate these unresolved clinical and therapeutic problems.

Radiological Society of the Republic of China
Founded in 1951, the Radiological Society of the Republic of China (RSROC) has been active in furthering research, education and clinical practice in radiology for over 65 years. The RSROC devotes itself as the center of communication for all issues in Radiology related areas.
The goal of the Society is to bring all related medical fields together to benefit each patient. To achieve this goal, the RSROC encourages research, educational events, academic lectures and recording of these efforts through its official publication, the Chinese Journal of Radiology.
Besides performing its core functions, the RSROC holds its annual meeting, inviting its entire thousand member base with an average attendance over 800. The members of the RSROC include 958 radiologists and 254 members in training. Through this strong member base, the RSROC provides important medical advice to the Public Health Bureau and Medical Education organizations.

The Society of Radiological Technologists- Sri Lanka is a nongovernmental Organization which caters for the upgrading of the professional status and standards of Sri Lanka Radiological Technologists / Radiographers and Radiation Therapists. It was founded in1975 and the t membership is about 600.It is affiliated to the International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists (ISRRT).
